About Tori

Hey I’m Tori,

I discovered Yoga as a young professional in London over a decade ago. 

My job in events involved long hours and a lot of travel so unknowingly I was looking for something outside of the bootcamp and HIIT classes that were popular at the time. I quickly found that I enjoyed the escape that yoga gave me; for those 60 or 90 minutes I was able to find some calm and stillness on the mat and beyond. Each session left me feeling rejuvenated and reconnected as I made my way home through the busy streets of the capital.

Shortly after my move to Qatar, a new Yoga studio opened close to my apartment, I was able to elevate my practice and explore different styles, whilst becoming part of a vibrant community.

I attended my first teacher training in 2019 with the intention of deepening my practice. However, within the first few sessions, I knew that teaching was something that both challenged and fulfilled me, and that I wanted to explore further.

For me, yoga is about restoration, working with the body and mind to find balance, openness and clarity. I believe the power of breath can be transformative and techniques should be accessible to all!
