Hey I'm Tori

I’m 40 and a mother of 4, from toddler to teen, we also have a feisty saluki/retriever mix named Harley, so things are busy!

I spent 15+ years working in corporate events which took me all over the world and it was great! I’m an expat of 10 years, based in Qatar. For me, the practices of movement, breathwork and meditation have been fundamental in helping me clear my mind and feel good in myself through everything life throws at me. I also love strength and conditioning training and find that simple movement and breathwork are the perfect recovery and restoration.

I’m aware that for some, yoga can be intimidating or off-putting based on the spiritual aspects or Instagram expectations. I want to share simple and accessible practices that I have found most effective, to allow you to come off autopilot and build some daily habits to reconnect to yourself and feel your best.

Other topics you may hear me talk about: food and nutrition, recovery methods, emotional regulation and its benefits for us and our kids.
